“I enhance my work with symbolism. I believe we share a collective conscience. All seem to agree that Mother Nature is a powerful force. I try to express how these forces are part of each of us, positive energy is our essence.” The paintings are in full color of beautiful women with surreal eyes that beckon the observer to look for a deeper understanding of what the artist is saying.  The works connect on the surface with grace and beauty and connect then further with a spiritual message.

The symbolism inherent in my work speaks volumes to a woman’s strength and intuition. The use of full color accelerates the energy I capture on the canvas. The softness of the female  image is warmed by red hues or wrapped in tangles of color. Or, some have playful and benevolent smiles on the faces while the rounded skirts display the vistas and landscapes inviting further exploration.
